Ram comes with a vast experience of over 13 years in media sales and marketing with both traditional and new media organizations like Indian Express, Microland, Encore Events, Jobsahead.com, Madison, Tribal DDB India and Yahoo India. Before launching networkplay.in, he was National Sales Head - Performance Accounts, for Yahoo! in India. He was responsible for driving close to 50% of Yahoo's annual revenues across Performance Display (Graphical), Yahoo Search Marketing (YSM) and Inside Sales Organization (ISO). He was also responsible for the implementation of Right Media in India.
Prior to that, as National Sales Director with Tribal DDB, he built the media business for the agency from ground zero having won many accounts to make it the number one agency with a capitalized billing of over 16 Million USD annually. Some of the accounts include Times Business Solutions (Timesjobs.com, Simplymarry.com, Magicbricks.com, and Yolist.com), Honda Siel Cars, Yatra.com, HCL, Volkswagen India, and Apollo DKV.
He has been nominated at several advertising / marketing award forums including Cannes for the Cyber Lion Award (2006) for the work done on Timesjobs.com in the direct marketing category.
An avid speaker at many industry forums, he has been the voice of the new generation internet media companies in the marketplace. Ram has also recently won the Star Youth Achiever Award for the year 2009.


Sidharth Rao - Joint Managing Director
Sidharth began his career in Advertising with Mudra and Grey Worldwide. In early 1999, he Co-founded Webchutney, a full service interactive agency. Today, Webchutney is India’s leading interactive agency with presence in New Delhi, Bombay and Bangalore. From time to time, he writes about the new media in some of the leading business newspapers. He is also associated as an Investor with JuxtConsult.


Rajesh Nair - Vice President – Distribution & Sales Strategy
Rajesh is a versatile internet professional with over 15 years of varied experience spanning from Sales to Procurement to Strategic Alliances. He has been associated with various Blue Chip companies like Sterlite, Kirloskars, UTV and AME Info in Dubai, where he handled key accounts like HSBC, Nokia, Emirates, FXCM among other and also the top Media agencies in the Gulf.
Rajesh has the distinction of managing to include AME Info into the annual Indian Tourism plan, which is still the only domain from the Middle East to be part of an annual global campaign. He was singly responsible for Business growth in excess of 200% from International markets for AME Info.

Sunil Punjabi - Vice President – LinkedIn Ad Sales
Sunil led the entire Sales efforts at NetworkPlay in its first year of operations. He along with his team has been responsible for ensuring quarter on quarter growth at NetworkPlay. He has been instrumental in getting over 100 brands on board. He also assisted Ram in understanding the contours of and the subsequent inking of the LinkedIn-NetworkPlay partnership. And with the portfolio of offerings exploding, going forward, Sunil will be completely responsible for handling the LinkedIn relationship for NetworkPlay.
Prior to NetworkPlay, Sunil has over 13 years of experience in Media Sales and has a 360 degree exposure with stints in Print with Indian Express, TV with UTV, OOH with Future Media, which he was responsible for setting up the nuts and bolts of, and Internet with Microland, Mediaturf and Yahoo. At Microland and Mediaturf he handled Sales for a part of the Western and Eastern markets and was responsible for evangelizing the medium at a time when awareness of the medium was very low and getting a string of skeptical advertisers like Duncan's Tea, HDFC, etc. on board. His last stint was with Yahoo India handling national sales for display side of the performance business.


Harmeet Singh Arora - Vice President – Network Sales
Harmeet has a vast experience of over 15 years in the Web, Online Gaming and Mobile space having worked with companies like HomeIndia.com, eIndia.com, Rediff.com, Zapak.com and mKhoj.com. In his last role as Head - Media Sales at Webaroo, which owns the brand SMS GupShup, he was the part of the Top Management Executive Team and was successful in getting IPL Teams viz. Rajasthan Royals, Delhi Dare Devils & Deccan Chargers and brands like Pepsi, Bingo, Fastrack, AMD, Lay’s to name a few on board.
At Zapak, Harmeet was instrumental in setting up the Sales Team and played a key role in forming Strategic Alliances with brands such as Pepsi, Domino's and McDonald's. Prior to that Harmeet was a strategic member in Rediff.com’s Sales Group. He spent six years growing Rediff.com’s revenue and left the company as Director - Sales.

Ampreet Singh - Asst. Vice President - Client Servicing
Ampreet is the lead at Networkplay for Distribution, Sales, Sales Strategy, Mobile Initiatives, Product Design, Operations and almost everything under the sun in the space we are in, he is the Man Friday for Ram and takes on roles to accelerate the process of closure. His expertise is across all the above mentioned and is a key resource at Networkplay.in.
Before becoming an entrepreneur Ampreet worked with Nokia Interactive, Yahoo India, Tribal DDB and Santabanta.com in leadership positions and is an expert in the digital space and has handled business over several million dollars. Ampreet heads the client servicing role nationally for Networkplay.

Sandeep Suvarna - Asst. Vice President - Sales Strategy
Sandeep Suvarna comes in with over 6 years of marketing, media planning & buying and product development experience in marquee organizations like MySpace, Yahoo India and Tribal DDB. Prior to joining Networkplay, Sandeep was heading marketing for MySpace in India where he was driving all marketing strategies, public relations and distribution for MySpace products in India. Prior to that, Sandeep was handling the consumer marketing efforts as a Marketing Manager with Yahoo! India where he was responsible for Brand Marketing, Market Research and Online Marketing for the entire suite of Yahoo! products.
At Networkplay, Sandeep is responsible for driving Sales Strategy initiatives nationally.


Abhishek Arora - Group Manager- Business Intelligence
Abhishek comes with over 5yrs of experience having worked with organizations like Indiatimes.com, Zapak.com and Yahoo India where he was business analyst and management consultant for the senior mgmt teams.
Abhishek as Group Manager - Business Intelligence will be responsible for multiple objectives in the organization including Data Analytics for business growth, Product Evangelization, Brand Mapping & Relevant Creative Solutions for Sales Strategy teams.
He is a MBA from IMT Ghaziabad and completed a Residence Executive Program in Financial Strategy from London School of Economics.

Rajeev Narayanaswamy - Group Manager – Distribution & Sales Strategy
Rajeev comes to Networkplay.in with unmatched experience in Media Buying, Planning, Sales and Operations in companies like Madison, Tribal DDB and Yahoo India. At Tribal DDB he was responsible for major accounts like Citibank and Timesjobs.com and at Yahoo he supported performance sales in the client servicing team for demanding clients like People Group, Zapak, Future Bazaar to name a few.
He is an IIM C Alumnus and holds a Global MBA from SP Jain Centre of Management, Singapore and Dubai.


Meera Chopra - Asst. Vice President – LinkedIn Ad Sales
Meera has Sales experience of over 7 years, of which a good part has been in Internet Ad Sales. After gaining her management degree in International Business, she worked for The Times of India Group, Webdunia.com and Komli Media, where she worked as Regional Sales Head for the North Region. Dilpreet Kaur Banerjee - Group Manager – Client Servicing
Dilpreet comes to Networkplay.in from Komli Media where she was part of the monetization team in North India and handled multiple categories in both brand and performance space. She has over 5yrs of digital sales and operations experience and is a very aggressive GTM specialist having driven many offerings on the ad product side to a logical solution with several clients in Delhi. She has also worked with Adrevenue and CIOL in sales roles before her Komli Media stint. Till very recently, she was a part of the Sales Team and drove monetization for LinkedIn in the North. Currently, due to the fantastic relationships she has built up in the market, during her Sales stint, she has been moved to the client servicing team. Here, she acts as a liaison between the clients and agencies on the one hand and the Sales Team on the other to ensure smooth execution of campaigns.


Varun Nambiar - Account Manager – LinkedIn Ad Sales
Varun, who has completed his PGDM in Marketing and International Business, comes with over two years of experience in the internet industry.
